Uncertainty, diverse global players, rapid technological change, widespread price wars and seemingly endless reorganization define a far-reaching shift resulting in a new organizational paradigm: hyper competition.

I am developing a website to become a solid reference for academics, consultants, executives and students in the field of creating organizations, developing strategies and inventing managerial practices in the possibly disorderly and chaotic but definitely hypercompetitive environments of today.

I would welcome your contributions in the form of articles, white papers, notes, materials to the theoretical framework, models, strategies, organizational forms and interdisciplinary methods that address hyper-competitive environments. I will publish them on this web site.

I teach three classes at the HEC - Université de Liège, in the e-Mim post graduate program and in the masters in business science prohram: Marketing Basics, Market Entry Options, a strategic marketing class, and Integrated Marketing Communications. I also teach in the HEC - Université de Liège Entrepreneurs program, which brings the business and academic worlds together, using an innovative pedagogy.
